​Class level:  Intermediate . Suitable for those with a good level of piercing and soldering skills 

All ages over 16 welcome. You are never too old to learn a new skill.

  • Designing your piece using two different metals
  • Measure and pierce out your design
  • Texturing  - using hammers, punches or the rolling mill

If you'd like to work in silver, you can pay a surcharge - provide your own. ​


​Refreshments:
  • Tea, Coffee and biscuits provided.
  • Bring a packed lunch. We will take a short break for lunch, where weather permitting we can sit outside in the garden.
 What to Bring:
This is a workshop environment, so your well being and safety is important to us. To ensure this is a safe - but fun environment for you to learn in; we ask that you please:
​
  • Wear comfortable old clothing, or bring an apron. Ear defenders and safety glasses are provided.
  • Long hair to be tied back. 
  • No loose flowing scarves, long sleeves or jewellery to be worn. These can easily get caught up in machinery.
  • Closed flat shoes - no sandals allowed.
  • Spectacles, if needed for close up work.
  • Notebook and pencil. Although we do provide some hand outs, you may want to take your own notes or draw sketches.​
