Introductory claw setting workshop. Suitable for those with some soldering knowledge.
Outline:
An introduction to stone setting jewellery.
In this class you will learn how to make a 4 claw gemstone stone setting.
You will be taken through all the steps by our fully qualified tutor Hannah Webb to enable you to create either a beautiful pendant, or a ring. At the end of the class you will have learnt skills to enable you to continue claw setting on your own.
We'll start off by discussing design options, and whether you'd like to make a pendant or a ring. You will then be able to choose your cubic from our large collection of zirconias.
This intimate unisex class which is held in our Liverpool workshop, is also a great environment to develop your creativity and do something fun with like-minded people. It also offers the opportunity to make lovely original gifts, and it might even be the start of a new career.
